I received the product without the power cord
and the seller replied that it was not included in the order
even if it wasn't written anywhere!
I asked him for a refund for the missing cable and instead he on his own initiative decided to send the cable.

I thought that sending a cable to your customer (not mine) at my expense (£4.55) would of been quicker than refunding you for the cable (£2.00) that doesn't come with the printer and you buying and sending one instead, how wrong I was, not only have I lost out but you have given me negative for trying my best to help you.
